Histological and in vitro seed culture studies on Biancaea sappan (L.) Tod. (Caesalpiniaceae)

Establishment of a tissue culture protocol for clonal regeneration is an essential prerequisite the potential and economically important plant species Biancaea sappan (L.) Tod. (syn. During regeneration, callus cells exhibited ballooning cells, morphogenetic developed parenchymatous, polygonal filled polyphenols. Histological studies indicated that involved organogenic pathway leads de novo primordia development.
